  • Medical History: We will endeavour to send a text or e-mail reminder the day before your appointment with a link for you to complete please ensure you update with a list of all your current medications, dosages, and any known allergies or medical conditions. If you do not have access to a smart phone or comput

  • Medical History: We will endeavour to send a text or e-mail reminder the day before your appointment with a link for you to complete please ensure you update with a list of all your current medications, dosages, and any known allergies or medical conditions. If you do not have access to a smart phone or computer please bring the list with you and inform the receptionist.


  • We may ask for a pre payment via sum up link to secure your booking


  • Registration: Arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete new patient intake forms if you haven't filled them out online.


  • Previous Records: If possible, arrange to have your previous X-rays and dental records forwarded to  the practice prior to your appointment.


  • Nervous? Let the team know if you experience dental anxiety so they can accommodate you and discuss pain-management options

What to Expect at Your Exam


  • Comprehensive Check: The dentist will perform a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, jaw, and soft tissues, alongside an oral cancer screening. 


  • X-Rays: Necessary X-rays will be taken to check for decay between teeth and underlying bone health.


  • Treatment Plan: Your dentist will discuss their findings, recomme

  • Comprehensive Check: The dentist will perform a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, jaw, and soft tissues, alongside an oral cancer screening. 


  • X-Rays: Necessary X-rays will be taken to check for decay between teeth and underlying bone health.


  • Treatment Plan: Your dentist will discuss their findings, recommend any necessary treatments, and provide a clear breakdown of estimated costs


  • We understand things crop up and if you need to cancel for any reason please give a minimum of 24 hours notice so we can attempt to fill any gaps left in our diaries. Failing to provide enough notice may affect your future appointments.

Emergencies & Out-of-Hours Care


  • Routine vs. Emergency: If you require urgent care, most practices aim to see you within 24 hours.


  • Out-of-Hours: If the practice is closed and you cannot wait until we reopen, call NHS 111 for out of hours advice and help if required


Daily Oral Hygiene Basics


  • Regular Check-ups: Visit your dentist every 3 to 18 m
