If you fail to attend a private appointment we reserve the right to charge for the time allocated or for NHS services - remove you from our patient list and ask you to seek alternative arrangements for your care.
We may ask you to pay a deposit at the time of booking and we usually send you a link via our payment provider by SumUp link sent to your mobile. This will secure your booking with us.
